🏁 The Mandate of the Church
What exactly is church?
For what reasons does the church exist? Matthew 10: 1-15
Why do we exist as a church?
1. To make christ known to the world #biblereading Ephesians 3:10
2. To save the lost souls, souls are perishing everyday
3. Preaching the gospel #biblereading Roman 1: 16
4. Showing the power in the Gospel
5. To deliver the oppressed and the afflicted #biblereading Luke 4:18
We need to equip the people to do the work of the ministry.
Our church mission to deliver the sick, setting the captives free #biblereading John 4:14
Don't get ambition mistaken for the mission of the church (Matt 25 31) What happens when the church is all about me and not about christ?
When the trumpet blows, where would you be?
We need to be moved to do it for the lord, feed the hungry. Be moved with compassion for the lost Matt 9:33.

(Bible reading: Rom 8:11, Act 20:22) God blesses us through the work of our hands, whatever a man sows, that he reaps (Bible reading : Psalm 5 12, Psalm 1)
But why should God favour me? (Zachariah 1:17, Psalm 35: 27, Genesis 12:2) - Your influence shouldn't be just your family but should influence others - Know that God is able to make all grace to abound Grace to do greater things (1 Corinthians, Luke 12:16)
So how do I move God to bless me? - Fear God with all your heart (Psalm 112:1, 33:18) - His eyes moves through and around those who fear him - Work in obedience - Be willing to bless others and distribute to others (1 Timothy 6:17, 2 Corinthians 8 12) - Treat and love your self - Give your offering faithfully (Exodus 23:15) - Give your tithe faithfully (Malachi 3:8) - Give to support the work of God (Genesis 41:1, Psalm 41:1) - Give to the poor (Psalm 41:1) - Give in season (Eccles 11: 2 -6) Tap into the season God moves, for God has a specific time he moves.

🙏🏼The audacity of your faith🙏🏼
It is impossible to please God without faith. Hebrew 11:6 says "but without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
As the woman with the issue of blood believed so in her heart that by touching the hem of Jesus' garmet she will be healed, she was healed by her faith and was accepted into the kingdom of God (Mark 5:30-34). As the people of God step up and work out in faith, so will the lord our God bless his people and call them his beloved sons & daughters.
